Club Sportiv Municipal Satu Mare este un club de baschet feminin din orașul Satu Mare, formație ce a luat ființă în anul 2007. Printre cele mai bune performanțe ale echipei putem enumera:
finala campionatului în 2011, 2012, 2018, 2019, 2020 și 2021
finala Cupei României în 2010,2011, 2018 și 2019
cupe europene : 2012-2013, câștigătoare CEWL Cup 2017-2018, 2019-2020
Formația sătmăreană își dispută meciurile de pe teren propriu în sala sporturilor Ecaterina Both din Satu Mare.
În sezonul 2022-2023 , conducerea echipei a anunțat că formația din Satu Mare nu va evolua în LNBF.
